Neon Arrow Puzzle · Android package games.neonarrow.puzzle
Effective: 12 September 2026

DAHMANI LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our") provides Neon Arrow Puzzle. This policy explains what information the game and its service providers process, why they process it, and the choices available to you.

Information stored only on your device

The game stores your unlocked and completed levels, rewarded unlocks, best completion times, settings, language choice, and limited ad-frequency counters locally on your device. The complete save file is not uploaded. Separate usage events described below may include a level number, completion time, or progress milestone. You can erase the local save by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Usage analytics and daily reports

The Android version uses Google Analytics for Firebase. It records app launches, first use, active-session milestones (including whether a first-session player reaches five minutes), level starts and completions, completion time, remaining lives, ad format and placement shown, paywall views and outcomes, language, and the highest unlocked level. Google may also process an app-instance identifier, device and app information, and IP-derived approximate location. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents, contacts, precise location, or the contents of other apps.

We use aggregated analytics to understand retention, level drop-off, advertising frequency, paywall performance, and technical quality. An automated internal daily report may summarize these aggregate metrics to our business email account. The report does not contain a list of individual players or their contact details.

Advertising and consent

Starting with Android version 0.1.8, AdMob mediation also includes AppLovin, Liftoff Monetize (Vungle), and Pangle. These advertising partners may receive bid requests and process device and advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostic data to select and deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Participation in an auction does not require that a partner's ad is ultimately displayed. Available consent and US sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-out choices are passed to the integrated partners. Their privacy policies describe their processing and retention practices.

The Android version uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. Depending on your region and privacy choices, Google may collect and share information such as your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), interactions with the app and ads, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers. Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Data transmitted by these services is encrypted in transit.

Where required, the game presents Google's consent message before requesting ads. You can revisit available advertising privacy choices from Settings. Premium customers do not receive interstitial, rewarded, or app-open ads from the game, although purchase verification still operates.

Purchases

The game uses Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to offer and manage the one-time Premium purchase. Google Play processes payment details; we do not receive your full payment-card information. RevenueCat receives and retains purchase history, entitlement status, store receipt information, an automatically generated anonymous app user identifier, locale, and currency information as needed to validate purchases, restore access, maintain entitlements, prevent fraud, and provide purchase analytics. We do not send RevenueCat your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or custom advertising identifiers.

Measuring our advertising

We use Singular to understand which advertisements bring people to the game and lead to purchases. Singular may process advertising and app/device identifiers, IP address and approximate location, device and app information, install-referrer information, sessions, and campaign interactions. Starting with Android version 0.1.5, consenting users' verified one-time purchases may also be reported with the product identifier, transaction identifier, amount, currency, quantity, and store receipt. These events support advertising measurement, campaign optimization, and fraud prevention. They are not payment-card details.

Starting with Android version 0.1.7, we also use Meta App Events for consenting users. Meta may receive app-install and session events, advertising and device identifiers, IP address and approximate location, device and app information, and Google Play in-app purchase events including product, amount, currency, quantity, transaction, and receipt information. Meta uses these events to attribute installs and purchases to our Facebook and Instagram advertising, optimize app campaigns, measure performance, and help detect fraud. Automatic Meta purchase logging is enabled only after the separate ad-measurement choice.

For these purposes, Singular may share attribution and purchase-event information with advertising partners including AppLovin. AppLovin uses the information to measure and optimize ads promoting our game. For more information about AppLovin’s collection and use of your information visit: https://legal.applovin.com/privacy/.

The game presents a separate, optional ad-measurement choice before initializing Singular or Meta. Version 0.1.7 asks again because Meta has been added. Declining does not prevent gameplay, purchases, or purchase restoration. You can change this choice in Settings → Privacy options. Withdrawal stops future Singular and Meta reporting and clears purchases waiting in our app's Singular measurement queue; it does not erase information already sent. Consent and pending receipt data are kept in app-private storage excluded from Android backup and device transfer.

What we do not collect directly

The game has no account registration, social features, user-generated content, location permission, contacts permission, camera or microphone access, or health, fitness, financial-account, photo, video, audio, message, file, calendar, or browsing-history collection.

Service providers

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Google, RevenueCat, Singular, AppLovin, and Meta retain service data under their respective policies and applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of data controlled by us, including attribution data or an anonymous RevenueCat customer record, by contacting us below. If the request concerns a purchase, include the Google Play order number so we can locate the relevant record. We may retain records that we are legally required to keep, including transaction and fraud-prevention records.

Children

Neon Arrow Puzzle is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. They use contractual and technical safeguards described in their policies. Rights available to you depend on your location and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent.

Changes

We may update this policy when the game, law, or service providers change. The effective date above will be updated. Material changes will be communicated where required.
